Nate Diaz is about to lose millions if a recent lawsuit goes against him. In 2023, Diaz got into a fight with social media influencer Rodney Peterson. What makes Peterson most famous is his uncanny resemblance with Logan Paul. People commonly refer to him as “Not Logan Paul.”
The scuffle saw Diaz choke Peterson out. One year after the scuffle, Rodney Peterson filed a civil lawsuit against Nate Diaz and expected millions in settlement. Peterson recently talked with Parry Punch News and revealed his demands.
If Nate Diaz was to come out and say- like come to me in person, and apologize for what happened, shake my hand, and he pays the lawyer fees and the doctor fees. Dude, I’d let that all go….If I can get a couple million out of the Nate Diaz or $100,000, or whatever, that’s cool.

Last year, Diaz and Peterson got into a heated argument in New Orleans. During the altercation, Diaz choked Peterson unconscious and left him lying in the street. The entire incident was captured on camera, and in the end, Diaz was taken into custody and accused of second-degree violence for what he had done to Peterson back in April 2023.

Initially, in September 2023, the New Orleans Parish District Attorney refused to pursue further legal action against Diaz. However, this time, Peterson filed a civil lawsuit and was pretty serious about his ultimatum. Only time will tell what happens in the coming months.

The incident took place in a nightclub back in 2014 when both Diaz and White were drunk and exchanged a few words. Diaz revealed he was mad at the UFC CEO.

Fortunately, Diaz and White didn’t escalate their argument and shared a great working relationship until the fighter’s retirement in 2022. Currently, Diaz is trying his luck in boxing and is scheduled to fight Jorge Masvidal in June.
