However, the 21-year-old’s performance was not the main issue surrounding her. The player seemed to have gotten into a heated exchange with UCLA’s assistant coach.
As the camera caught the moment, the exchange quickly went viral. After the game, Reese was asked about the incident in the press conference. It was speculated that Reese was talking to UCLA’s head coach, but the player clarified that it was an assistant coach instead.
