On Sunday night in Los Angeles, the Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves engaged in a back-and-forth game. The Lakers needed to win, and they did, defeating the opposition 120-109. With 27 points and 25 rebounds, Anthony Davis was a dominant player on the court. After the game, Davis’s parents gave him a birthday cake as a kind of pleasant surprise as he was sitting in the locker room with his friends.
Davis’ parents had many reasons to rejoice following the Lakers’ historic victory on Sunday. Their son’s historical performance and his upcoming 31st birthday made a cake surprise necessary. The whole Lakers team, including Davis’s best friend LeBron James, was present. Happy birthday, his teammates sang to Davis.
Upon viewing the video, Davis’s parents arrived with a gorgeous cake bearing the words “Happy Birthday, AD” along with a basketball carved on top. Davis had made history the night before, only hours before his birthday, and it seemed to be making everyone happy.
In a single game, no other player in NBA history has recorded more than 25 points, 25 rebounds, five assists, and five steals. The celebration was a must in honor of the prolific Davis.

With a career-high seven thefts, three blocks, five assists, 25 rebounds, and 27 points, AD filled up the stat sheet. Davis took advantage of the Timberwolves’ absence of Rudy Gobert and Karl-Anthony Towns by putting on an amazing display. Davis didn’t have the highest points though. After regaining his offensive flow in the second half, LeBron James finished with 29 points.

Following his collision with Giannis Antetokounmpo, a forward, during their most recent game against the Bucks, he had a questionable starter.
He even surpassed Draymond Green for “Most 10-stock games.” With his most recent game, Davis’s overall stat total of “10 stock games” reached 14.
