Legendary rapper Lil Wayne was invited to the Los Angeles Lakers vs the Washington Wizards game at the Cypto.com arena. The American rapper was treated poorly by the security while entering the arena which resulted in him leaving the game.
The rapper tweeted about the situation blaming the Lakers for bad treatment. Wayne suspected that he got the treatment because of his opinions regarding the Lakers’ Anthony Davis. The rapper previously mentioned that for the Lakers to win, they need to get rid of Davis. Fans were furious at Wayne’s statement.
Later, the rapper appeared on Undisputed to talk about the situation. He started by saying that the staff were just doing their jobs. He further explained, that while entering the arena Wayne and his friends were asked to join from a different entrance by the security. To enter from the second entrance, the people who were already sitting had to be moved.
Wayne did not like the idea of that. Hence, they went back to the first entrance. The security stopped Wayne again saying:
I told you guys to go to the other entrance.

Wayne took offense to that and decided to leave the game. He further mentioned that he was invited to the game for promotions, and he was never treated like this:
I was asked to be there. I’ve never had this happen before.
