The annual NBA All-Star weekend started this Friday. On the first day, the Rising Stars game and the celebrity All-Star game were held. The celebrity All-Star game was between Team Shannon Sharpe and Team Stephen A. Smith, who himself could not play. Team Shannon won the game (100-91).

Despite the loss, Team Stephen A’s Tristan Jass scored 27 points, and 10 rebounds with 6 assists. During the game, The YouTuber went to greet WNBA star Kelsey Plum who was attending the game. She jokingly told Jass to pass the ball. The moment between the two instantly went viral.

Moments after the news went viral, Tristan took to his social media to react to the news. He posted saying,

I had more assists at half time than she averaged her whole last season… AND more assists at half time then her whole career average… You pass the ball @Kelseyplum10. I was just tryna be nice and show some love… It is what it is

It seemed as if Jass took offense to Plum’s quick reaction. Fans were surprised to see Tristan’s reaction on social media. But he was right to say that he had more assists in the game with 6 assists, compared to Plum’s career assist average which is 4 per game.

Team Shannon won the celebrity All-Star game against Team Stephen A. on Friday. But the star of the game was Dallas Cowboys’ Micah Parsons, who scored 37 points with 16 rebounds and 4 steals. As a result of this amazing performance, Parsons was named the Most Valuable Player of the game.
