Last Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs, led by their star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, defeated the San Francisco 49ers in their Super Bowl matchup in Vegas. Following their victory, the Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce‘s brother Jason Kelce and QB Patrick’s brother Jackson Mahomes shared an awkward hug.
In a short video that was trending on social media, Jackson Mahomes could be seen reaching out to Jason Kelce for a high-five and a hug. They both shared a brief hug on the field. However, a few seconds later, Jackson again put his arms around Jason’s shoulders.
Travis’ older brother dapped on Jackson’s back several times, but the TikTok star never took his arms off Jason’s shoulder. After a few seconds, Jason stood awkwardly with his arms on his hips and Jackson’s arms on his shoulders. Besides, when Jason tried to share a hug with another person, Jackson seemingly tried to join in awkwardly.

This incident comes just a day after Jackson Mahomes was seen hanging out with Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole. According to reports, Jackson and Kayla had a meetup at a bar in Las Vegas just days ahead of the Super Bowl game between the Chiefs and the 49ers. NFL fans and Swifties were mad at Patrick Mahomes’ brother for hanging out with Travis’ ex-girlfriend.
Jackson hung out with Kayla Nicole, despite the latter unfollowing both Patrick and Brittany Mahomes on Instagram. Nicole stated that she wanted to protect her peace by unfollowing her ex-friends. But she had no problem hanging out with Patrick’s brother Jackson Mahomes.
