Jimmy Butler seems to be finding it difficult to stay away from basketball for a long period of time. Despite getting suspended by his team for seven games, the athlete is finding ways to stay connected with the sport. Butler recently went viral for training with WNBA star Satou Sabally ahead of the Unrivaled League.
Amidst his suspension, Heat star Jimmy Butler decided to use his time to help out and train a fellow hooper Satou Sabally. As the WNBA player is getting ready for the 3×3 competition this month, the duo was seen practicing in a video posted by Butler. Both players showcased their captivating scoring skills as they went back and forth in the clip.
Butler even gave some important advice and guided Sabally to improve her offense. While teaching practically, Butler also shared his psychological insight during games. The pair seems as if they share a fun relationship, as the NBA All-Star even captioned the video ‘We workin.’ Sabally also showed her appreciation and commented by writing ‘Jimmyyy Bucketz.’
Ironically, it appears that the two-time NBA finalist may have found common ground with the WNBA star, as Sabally is also parting ways with her team. The Dallas Wings forward surprised fans when she recently announced her free agency. Now, along with Butler, fans are also invested in Sabally’s landing spot and future in the league.
