Historically, he has drawn attention through a series of contentious and provocative antics. However, this time, there’s a refreshing shift in his demeanor. Recently, Conor McGregor has opted for a more lighthearted approach, enjoying quality time with his son.
McGregor is a father to four beautiful children. Among them, Conor McGregor Jr. is the eldest son of the Irish MMA superstar. Recently, on New Year’s Eve, the ‘Notorious’ posted a series of pictures of himself with his eldest son on his social media handle. Interestingly, along with that series of images, McGregor also shared a video of him and Jr.
McGregor is very close to his children. Over the years, the UFC community has seen him spend quality time with his kids during his breaks from fighting. Most recently, on Halloween night, the Irishman dressed up as a military man and took his kids out for some fun. However, unlike most occasions, McGregor shared a video on New Year’s Eve where he engaged in a grappling exchange with his son.
Along with the post, McGregor also wrote an intriguing caption that suggests he might fight in 2025. The Irishman is currently in talks for a potential boxing match against Logan Paul, which he indirectly confirmed recently. As a result, McGregor has been sharing numerous training videos on his social media. Additionally, he is also celebrating his family’s small achievements on his socials

The ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor has risen to prominence in the MMA world due to his impressive performances in the sport. Over the years, the UFC community has seen him defeat many formidable opponents on his journey to the top. Interestingly, it appears that the Irishman may be interested in passing the baton to his eldest son.
McGregor is a black belt holder in Jiu-Jitsu and has trained under John Kavanagh at Straight Blast Gym in Ireland. Over the years, while many MMA fighters tend to switch gyms and coaches, McGregor has remained a dedicated student of SBG Ireland. Interestingly, his eldest son also trains at the same gym.
Interestingly, McGregor also trains with his eldest son, Conor McGregor Jr. As such, the Irishman has shared videos of their training sessions on multiple occasions. Currently, Conor Jr. is only 7 years old, which gives him a long future ahead. It will be interesting to see if he follows in his father’s footsteps and upholds the reputation of ‘The Notorious.’
