Last Saturday at UFC 309 Pay-per-view (PPV) co-headliner, Charles Oliveira picked up his second win over Michael Chandler. The Brazilian reminded everyone why he is considered one of 155lb’s most dangerous prospects with a lopsided dominance. However, other than his victory, his interaction, or the lack of it, with Donald Trump went viral.
Three-time GOP top crop and current President-elect Donald Trump has had a big accord with UFC, even wanting a cabinet role for Dana White. Naturally, for the nth time he was cageside at UFC (UFC 309) last weekend. When Charles Olvieira saw his domination end, he took to the fences and asked White/CBO and head litigator Hunter Campbell to jump the fence.
However, he ignored Trump altogether. Viral promo-cutter Renato Moicano explained why he thinks that happened.

The fans were expecting Charles Oliveira to greet the celebrities. Instead, he walked past them without acknowledging their presence. The MMA clique was quick to notice and some even paraded the stance. In world full of people drinking the Republican gatorade and grind; a world where even CEO White pushed the Republican agenda, Oliveira was different.
‘Do Bronx’ is a fan-fave figure anyways. The Brazilian and his viral snub made headlines that much more. Now fighting out of Coconut Creek, Florida, the Brazilian lightweght Moicano pushes a viral pro-American rhetoric. He also supported the Trump Org Umbrella and efforts in NYC’s outer boroughs as that of a working man, as opposed to the competition. But ‘Money’ Moicano stated that Charles Oliveira might not know or feel the same as he does.

His UFC 309 appearance proved that yet again. As US voters prepared to head to the polls on 5 November to elect a new President of the United States, someone had other plans. UFC star Renato Moicano used this year’s electoral phase as a financial opportunity.

Moicano even reacted to non-domestic taxation causing him a recent bonus snub. Hence, “Show me the Money” Moicano was on the lookout yet again.
Several sportsbooks such as BetOnline.ag have been offering users the opportunity to place bets on the presidential election. Donald Trump was the favorite to regain the Oval Office and saw his odds rise from -160 to -170. Some had him as much as a 2-to-1 to win, while Vice President Kamala Harris was a long shot. Moicano bet $10,000 on Trump, confident that the embattled ex-POTUS would come out on top again. According to a previous post, ‘Money’ has $15,873 in the bank!
Interestingly, though, that Moicano’s bet isn’t necessarily on Trump winning the election. He’ll win the popular vote. Even if ’45’ doesn’t get the 270 electoral votes needed to win back the White House, if he gets more votes than Harris, the bet will pay off. Subsequently, Trump triumphed on both; as did Moicano.
