Indian cricket’s latest prodigy Yashasvi Jaiswal has registered 1845 runs at an impressive average of 80.21 in first-class cricket with nine hundreds and two fifties to his name. His highest score for Mumbai is that of 265.In five matches of the 2022-23 Ranji Trophy, Jaiswal scored 315 runs at an average of 45, with one century and a fifty to his name. In his Irani Cup debut match for Rest Of India, he smashed a double hundred to announce his arrival. Jaiswal had a terrific IPL 2023 season and was also added to India’s squad as a stand-by player in the 2023 WTC Final. The future looks promising for the 21-year-old from Bhandoni.
