What happened after Jey Uso super-kicked Roman Reigns and SmackDown went off air?

After almost three years of dominating WWE and winning multiple titles, The Bloodline is officially over. Jey Uso chose his allegiance and super-kicked Roman Reigns to a thunderous reaction in the main event segment of SmackDown. WWE also dropped a video about what happened after the show went off the air and the broadcast stopped for the fans.

Since losing the Tag Team titles to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 39, The Usos have been under scrutiny by the Tribal Chief. Reigns also told Solo Sikoa to take care of his brothers but not do anything until he said so. Tensions would rise every week, after teasing out more cracks among the family members.

After teasing for weeks, Jey Uso was going to face Roman Reigns on the latest episode of SmackDown. Jey was also going to make the choice of either standing by him or standing against him. The Right Hand Man questioned his brother’s intentions throughout his life and blamed him for trying to push him down for their entire lives. He also said that since aligning himself with Reigns, he was able to main-event pay-per-views, events, and even WrestleMania.

He finally turned on Reigns, super-kicking him to thunderous applause from the fans. However, before anything more could happen, SmackDown went off the air. WWE released a video after the show, which showed Roman Reigns lying in the ring with Solo outside the ring hurt from the super-kick.

The entire arena was cheering for The Usos as they went backstage with their music playing. After they left, the fans booed Roman Reigns, who tried to walk out of the ring. Fans were shouting “You deserve it” to the Tribal Chief, implying that he had betrayal coming for him.

The main event segment started with Roman Reigns walking down the ring with Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman. Even before Reigns could say anything, Jey Uso interrupted the Tribal Chief, but Reigns was expecting this to happen.

The Champion then started to convince Jey that he is next in line to become the Tribal Chief and just has to keep patience, as the time is not now. On the other hand, his brother has done nothing but pull him down, according to Reigns. Jimmy Uso came down to the ring and tried to stop Jey from listening to Reigns.

Jey Uso finally had enough of the drama and decided to give his verdict. He teased joining Reigns and Solo before he super-kicked Roman Reigns. He shouted, saying, “I am out of The Bloodline too”. Fans went bonkers at the sight of The Tribal Chief lying alone in the middle of the ring with no one by his side.
