If thereโs any takeaways from yesterdayโs UFC 310 pay-per-view (PPV) headliner scratch out, itโs that Belal Muhammad vs. Conor McGregor was on nobodyโs bingo card. Muhammad and Conor McGregor are at each otherโs throats like they fight the horizon. Now, while โBully Belalโ wars with โConor McJunkie,โ the Irishman gives his scathing take on it.
The latest verbal volley between the two came after news broke that Belal Muhammad withdrew against Shavkat Rakhmonov. The Palestinian champ was to make a maiden defense of the welterweight title at the UFC 310 PPV headliner. However. he incurred a bone infection in his foot and pulled out. He even took the war to McGregor when he posted defunct reactions. Now, โThe Notoriousโ replies back brutally.
The two fighters have rarely exchanged kind words. However, McGregor was particularly motivated after Muhammad appeared to do the same when he pulled out of the UFC 303 PPV last June. Muhammadโs response to Conor McGregorโs emoticons was to accuse him of nose blows. Often known to cross the line, thus came the โMacโ attack. Check it down below:

McGregorโs โbombโ line is a particularly odious one. Given Mohammedโs Palestinian heritage and the genocide in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli military forces. In another defunct tweet, McGregor also steamrolled with an invective-filled rant to strip him. While these two bicker it out, another new blood with close ties was putting in his name for UFC 310.
Joaquin Buckley makes case for Shavkat Rakhmonov fight at UFC 310
Joaquin Buckley has never been one to hold his tongue, and heโs making sure his name is out there in the mix. Buckley is a big dreamer who didnโt falter at even calling out big consensus superstar Conor McGregor. This was during the June pay-per-view (PPV) return phase when he was to seemingly make a 5-round welterweight comeback.
Of course, Buckley now faces McGregorโs compatriot and welterweight Ian Garry for UFC on ESPN 63 in Tampa. But when it wasnโt official, it didnโt stop โNew Mansaโ from pitching in his name. Garry has been a popular name in the conversation. However, Buckley (20-6 MMA, 10-4 UFC) believed he made a solid case for inclusion in the potential UFC 310 fight.

Buckley, tagging himself a Team Kill Cliff FC killer, respected Belal Muhammadโs pay-per-view (PPV) billing at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. He even expected Rakhmonov to be exposed sooner or later at UFC 310. However, with old crops out or bickering, it did not stop him from putting his name in.
Buckley is currently on a five-fight winning streak and is undefeated since his move to the welterweight division last May. In his last outing at UFC 307, โNew Mansaโ knocked out former title challenger Stephen Thompson. He now moves on with Garry and UFC Tampa, but a win over him might just hoist him to title talks or at the very least a backup role.
