He entered the scenes to help Bad Bunny neutralize The Judgment Day. Once his entrance theme hit, the Puerto Rican crowd went absolute bonkers for the arrival of Caribbean Cool. He ran down that aisle and took out Dominik Mysterio & Finn Balor.
Through his efforts, Bunny was able to regain some control over Damian Priest. After the shenanigans settled down a bit, San Benito executed a Sunset Flip Piledriver over Priest to earn a pinfall victory. After the match, Bad Bunny celebrated with the entire Latino World Order, Carlito and Savio Vega. After the event, everyone was just wondering about Carlito’s unprecedented appearance and his ridiculously jacked physique.
Quite evidently, he haven’t looked that great ever before in his career. As a result, fans started manifesting his one last run with WWE on a full-time basis. Although at that juncture it was reported that his Backlash cameo was a one-off thing, it might’ve just changed now. According to Devon Nicholson, who’s a wrestling promoter in Canada, The Caribbean Cool rang him up to inform that he’d have to cancel his scheduled for him.
Carlito basically told Nicholson that he couldn’t participate on his show dated July 15th as he’s signed with WWE. Shortly after this came out, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful added more info. Adding further fuel to his WWE return rumors, the former US Champion has pulled himself from even more indie appearances. Considering the timing of this, it appears like Carlito has accepted an offer from WWE very recently. However, it doesn’t happens until it really happens.

For the unversed, the Caribbean Bad Apple captured the US Title in his WWE debut match against John Cena.
That alone caused a huge stir in the pot. Adding some charisma to the mix, Carlito gained further prominence from the WWE Universe as he continued. However, he didn’t last long as the US Champion. Fans believe that he should’ve had an extended reign with that strap considering how he won it in the first place.
