Max Verstappen says it is normal to have setbacks

He added, “So there is no point trying to focus on that, that is also how I approach it as well. There are always some races in a season which don’t go to plan, and you have a few setbacks.” Verstappen does not believe that it is possible to have success in every single race. He explained that there would be setbacks at times.
Verstappen highlighted the importance of working with the car and the engineers around it to get the best out of it. He believes that it is always important to stay focused. The mighty Red Bull RB19 dominates the field, and with its two drivers, there might be some epic battles in store for the fans.
Perez’s results in Monaco and Spain cost him significant points in the championship standings. Though he remains second, he is now 53 points behind Verstappen.
