In a throwback interview with Music India TV during the promotions of Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Anushka Sharma gushed about Shah Rukh Khan’s irresistible charm in Chak De India. She playfully confessed, “I think he looked the hottest in that film because of the stubble.”
Recounting her experience while filming Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Anushka shared a funny anecdote about her insistence on Shah Rukh sporting a stubble in the movie. She humorously narrated, “I remember asking Aditya Chopra if Shah Rukh would have a stubble in the film. And Adi was like, ‘Yes, I am thinking about it.’ I was like, ‘You are thinking right, it should be like this, he should have a stubble.’”
In Anushka’s eyes, Shah Rukh exuded maximum appeal in a stubble paired with the movie’s uniform. Turning to SRK, she couldn’t resist complimenting him, “I must say, you have never looked hotter than in this film.”
Anushka Sharma marked her Bollywood debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the charming romance Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008. The duo reunited for Yash Chopra’s romantic masterpiece Jab Tak Hai Jaan in 2012, sharing the screen with Katrina Kaif.
