In today’s society, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives. From smartphones to laptops, we rely on these devices to stay connected with friends and family, complete work tasks, and access important information. However, the constant use of technology has also led to some negative consequences, such as addiction, social isolation, and decreased productivity. In this article, we will explore the effects of technology on our mental health and well-being and discuss ways to maintain a healthy balance between technology use and our overall wellness.

Marc Marquez has been having a rollercoaster of a season so far in 2023. Marquez was not able to fully compete in the 2022 MotoGP season which also turned out to be one of the worst seasons Honda has had in its history. The Spanish rider had a serious arm injury for which he had to undergo surgery last summer. After months of physical rehab and recovery, the 6 time MotoGP world champ was ready to add to his tally.

The Repsol Honda rider did show some signs of hope when he first came back. However, 2023 has not been very kind to Marc Marquez. Marc is now 30 years old and it seems like his injuries from before have started to take a toll on him. He is not able to perform at the exact level that he used to during his glory years in the MotoGP championship. After 2019, there have been different champions in MotoGP which include Alex Rins and Fabio Quartararo.

Currently, it seems like the MotoGP baton has been handed to Pecco Bagnaia who seems to be winner it all. While Marc Marquez aimed to match Valentino Rossi’s tally of 7 MotoGP world championships, it’s getting harder and harder each and every passing day. Matching Giacomo Agostini’s tally of 8 championships seems even harder at this point. Which is why it makes sense that he has a new goal in mind.

Marc Marquez wants to prioritise recovering from his injuries

In an interview with the Guardian, here is what he had to say. “Of course the more world championships you win the better. I have six and their seven and eight is better” he said. “But my biggest goal is to make this comeback from a big injury. Not many athletes can do this. I’m still in the process but I feel closer and closer. If I can make a successful comeback it will be even more important than another one or two world championships,” he stated.

Marc Marquez has been thrown a reality check after recent events. The Spaniard has failed to finish the last four grands prix he has taken part in. The Honda rider has also missed three in between due to injury. The Italian GP was a clear example of the problems that he has been facing with the Bike too. His retirement from the race was surprising even to him. It will be interesting to see how he pulls through.
