Will Rishabh Pant be fit before ODI World Cup?
Rishabh Pant being out of action has hurt India a lot. The 25-year-old was dearly missed during the World Test Championship (WTC) Final against Australia. Pantโs counterattacking innings might have changed things for India. Nevertheless, fans are now hoping that he gets fit at the earliest. Many are wondering if Pant will be able to return before the ODI World Cup.
The answer to this curious question is a big no. Although Pant is making a quick recovery and looking in control of his body, it will take more than six months for him to be match-fit. Even then, it wonโt be certain if he will play as a batter or a wicketkeeper batter. The chances of the latter being true are least considering a wicketkeeperโs workload.
In case you missed!
