Hailing from Pune, Shantanu Naidu, aged 31, holds an engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. His career journey began as an automobile design engineer at Tata Elxsi, where he introduced the innovative project Motopaws, aimed at safeguarding stray dogs from traffic accidents by outfitting them with reflective collars for enhanced visibility at night.
Naidu’s path crossed with Tata’s when he reached out to the industrialist about his project, a gesture that sparked a lasting friendship and professional collaboration.
