WWE was not done with their title revamps last Friday. Hence, they decided to keep the party rolling tonight in Wichita too. On the show, Rhea Ripley got her SmackDown Women’s Title replaced by the World Women’s Championship. That being done, the promotion has officially scrapped their branded straps for women. And for many, that’s a quite positive change, as the fans weren’t thrilled about them from years.
Back to where things matter, Monday Night Raw kicked-off with WWE official Adam Pearce in the ring. Without further a due, he brought out the Judgment Day’s Eradicator – Rhea Ripley. There was already a podium around Mr. Pearce, giving the viewers a subtle hint about what to expect from that segment.
After removing that cloth, a pleasing championship was discovered. After everyone had enough of it, the title was an exact replica of Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Title. The only difference being that the Black corners got replaced by White borders for The Mami’s gold. However, in all fairness, the newly unveiled strap for Ripley looks absolutely magnificent.
Rhea’s Dom-Dom didn’t bother Adam Pearce to put the title around her waist. The Latino Heat completed the festivities just to get interrupted by Cody Rhodes. After what transpired last week, The American Nightmare challenged Mysterio for a match at Money in the Bank. As of writing, the company has made this bout official.

After she and Dominik played Pinball with Cody Rhodes last week, The Mami received a warning. That official note came from Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes. She threatened Ripley to smack her in the face. This even led many fans to believe that the promotion would be heading towards a mixed tag match.
After a huge tease, Brandi didn’t show up on Raw this week. Instead, WWE is moving forward with a singles showdown between Mysterio & Rhodes. Of course, Rhea Ripley will be there in London to support her Dom Dom, however, she doesn’t have an official match yet.
Her last title defence happened at Night of Champions last month. Also, there’s no development towards working out her next one. It would be interesting to see how Triple H & Co. books Ripley’s title reign. Ever since capturing the gold at WrestleMania, she haven’t had a worthy challenger just yet.
