Rhea Ripley’s badass moments: WWE Top 10, Nov. 6, 2022

There is no doubt that Rhea Ripley is an extraordinary physical specimen. Her physique is better than most of the male members of the roster, and her physical strength is commendable. However, no one expected her to even come close to renowned UFC legend Conor McGregor.

A fan posted a video on X of Conor McGregor and Ripley attempting a grip strength test. Surprisingly, The Eradicator posted a higher score than the Irish fighter of 125.8 lbs, making her marginally stronger than the former UFC Lightweight Champion. The Australian re-posted this video with a winking emoji.

Ripley is famously a huge fan of MMA. Now that UFC and WWE have merged under TKO Group Holdings, she has been spotted in crowds of UFC events. She attended the UFC 299 event in March, emanating from the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. She was elated after seeing fellow Australian Jack Della Maddalena pick up the win against Gilbert Burns.

Ripley’s impressive feats of strength can also be seen on WWE programming. She easily picks up and slams the heaviest of her opponents, such as Nia Jax or Piper Niven. Furthermore, she has manhandled the likes of Dominik Mysterio and Akira Tozawa from the men’s roster.

Speaking on Casual Conversations with The Classic, Ripley said that she would want the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill, on her team. Furthermore, she wanted Iyo Sky due to her experience with the match type, as well as her partner Kairi Sane, who can pull off unexpected stunts at any moment and never gives up.

It’d be me, I want to say it would probably be Bianca, Jade, get the team, the tag champs. I feel like I would — it’s hard because they don’t get along, I would have said IYO and Kairi because IYO’s been in a few and like … well she’s been in a lot and she’s won a lot of WarGames as well, and then Kairi’s just … she doesn’t ever give up.

Ripley has a lot of experience with the stipulation, having competed in the first-ever women’s WarGames match in 2019. Since then, she has participated in two more of these matches in 2020 and 2022.

Ripley and Bianca Belair have been on opposing teams in both 2019 and 2022. Furthermore, she has been both teammates and rivals with Sky in a WarGames match. The Eradicator’s team actually defeated the former WWE Women’s Champion’s team in 2019 after she gave her team the advantage.
