Jake Paul may be one of the harshest critics of Dana White regarding how he runs the UFC company. Both have a rivalry that extends back a few years and has resulted in multiple online altercations. In the meantime, Paul signed with the PFL to continue his attack on White. Nevertheless, โ€˜The Problem Childโ€™ feels there is a way for the UFC boss to avoid his regular criticism.

The foundation of the ongoing feud between Jake Paul and Dana White revolves around UFCโ€™s fighter pay. Paul believes White should give more money to fighters and provide lifelong health care benefits. In a recent edition of his podcast, Paul talked about the exact amount he wants White to raise the current minimum fighter pay.

The only thing I’ve really asked for is for the minimum fighter pay, which is $12,500, to be changed to $50,000. So that fighters who have to work multiple jobs, if they fight once a year even, they’d be able to live off of that.

The YouTuber turned boxer has also done his homework about the financial aspects of his proposal. According to Paul, it would cost UFC $20 million more to apply these new changes.ย Paul revealed that heโ€™s one of only a few people who have the guts to call out White in these matters.ย

Paul recently sneaked into UFC Noche for supporting Sean Oโ€™Malley, alleging that heโ€™s banned from UFC events. However, White cleared the air revealing that nobody was banned from UFC. Paul has previously mentioned that if White agrees to his demands, he will look forward to mending their relationship.

Former UFC light heavyweight Rampage Jackson once spoke about it and compared UFC with boxing. Jackson revealed that while top boxers earn more than top UFC fighters.

However, the story about low-level fighters in both sports is a totally different story. Dana White himself has addressed Jake Paulโ€™s concerns in a heated rant.ย

I don’t give a sh** when Jake Paul, a f**** YouTuber talking about fighter pay. It’s nobody’s f***** business what these fighters are making. None of these guys are under some time off gag order in the contract. Any fighter can tell you what they make but they don’t tell you.ย

White has repeatedly acted aggressively when the media or anyone else asks him about the fighter pay. Out of irritation, White has even challenged his critics to launch their own promotions and quit complaining.

Previously, the UFC boss blamed illegal streamers for fightersโ€™ inadequate pay. Despite the continuous criticism, Dana White has maintained that the UFC compensates athletes appropriately based on its business model.ย Fans and detractors remain unconvinced so far.
