Paul believes White should give more money to fighters and provide lifelong health care benefits. In a recent edition of his podcast, Paul talked about the exact amount he wants White to raise the current minimum fighter pay.
The only thing I’ve really asked for is for the minimum fighter pay, which is $12,500, to be changed to $50,000. So that fighters who have to work multiple jobs, if they fight once a year even, they’d be able to live off of that.

The YouTuber turned boxer has also done his homework about the financial aspects of his proposal. According to Paul, it would cost UFC $20 million more to apply these new changes. Paul revealed that he’s one of only a few people who have the guts to call out White in these matters.
Paul recently sneaked into UFC Noche for supporting Sean O’Malley, alleging that he’s banned from UFC events. However, White cleared the air revealing that nobody was banned from UFC. Paul has previously mentioned that if White agrees to his demands, he will look forward to mending their relationship.
