Latest ATP rankings post the 2023 French Open Finals: Novak Djokovic returns to the World No.1 spot, Rafael Nadal exits the Top-100

The following paragraph discusses the various benefits of regular exercise and physical activity. Regular exercise is not only essential for physical health but also plays a significant role in mental and emotional well-being. From reducing the risk of chronic diseases to improving mood and cognitive function, the advantages of regular exercise are numerous and varied. Let’s explore some of the key benefits of incorporating physical activity into our daily lives.

With his record-breaking 23rd Grand Slam title at the French Open, Novak Djokovic has reclaimed the World No. 1 ranking in the Pepperstone ATP Rankings. The rankings, released after the completion of the tournament at Roland Garros, also saw 22-time major winner Rafael Nadal drop outside the top 100 for the first time in more than two decades. Nadal, whose ranking has dropped to 136, was last seen on the elite list in 2002.

Except for this, there aren’t too many changes in the top-10 rankings. The only player to drop out of the top 10 from last time is Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, who changed his no. 10 position with Karen Khachanov following a dismal performance at Roland Garros.

Djokovic gained a massive 1,640 points following his victory in Paris yesterday to move back to the number one position with a total of 7,595 ranking points. Following him closely is the reigning US Open champion Carlos Alcaraz, who gained 360 points after losing in the semifinals to Djokovic, but it was not enough to hold onto his no. 1 position.

Russia’s Daniil Medvedev completes the top-3 after his shock first-round exit at the French Open saw him drop 230 points. Casper Ruud maintains his fourth ranking after playing yet another final at Roland Garros and is being closely followed by Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, who made it to the quarterfinals in the Paris Major. The difference in ranking points between the two is just 40.

Another player who sticks to his No. 6 ranking is the upcoming superstar from Denmark, Holger Rune. Andrey Rublev maintains his seventh position on the list with 4,000 ranking points despite dropping as many as 270 points.

American Taylor Fritz follows next, who, despite gaining 45 points, hangs onto his eighth position. Janine Sinner is the penultimate name on this list, while Karen Khachanov moves onto the tenth position. Khachanov, the third Russian on this list, displaced Felix Auger-Aliassime after a quarterfinal finish at the French Open that saw him gain 180 ranking points.
