Welterweight contender Sean Brady has shown his extraordinary capabilities following his recent victory. The 31-year-old suggested two intriguing potential matchups for him at the post-fight press conference. As such, he has even set his eyes on his next opponents, Colby Covington and Ian Machado Garry. Not only did Brady call them out, but he also mentioned them as inferior fighters.
The 31-year-old American fighter is currently on a two-fight win streak following his recent victory against Gilbert Burns. Sean Brady defeated the Brazilian star by unanimous decision, in which he outclassed his opponent in all areas. Following that victory, the next ideal step for a victor is to call out his next opponent, and Brady did the same.

Sean Brady highlighted how Ian Garry is not an excellent fighter as the Irishman thinks. However, Garry’s MMA records speak otherwise. As of now, the Irishman is undefeated in his professional career and holds a record of 15-0. Now, speaking of his UFC records, Garry made his debut back in 2021 and is currently on an eight-fight win streak. Moreover, the 26-year-old Irish also has significant victories over Michael Page and Neil Magny.
Interestingly, Sean Brady mentioned another fighter who he considers an easy matchup. Per Brady, Colby Covington doesn’t pose a threat to him and can be easily defeated. The 31-year-old’s remarks on Covington might be due to the latter’s recent form. Covington is currently in a mixed bag of form, with a defeat in his most recent fight.
