The fighting community has long waited for the biggest superstar, Conor McGregor, to return to the UFC. It has been around three years since the Notorious graced the UFC octagon with his infamous walk. Interestingly, Jake Paul, a boxer himself, reveals an intriguing theory behind McGregor’s delayed UFC return. It involves one person – Dana White.

Conor McGregor has often shown his disappointment with the UFC for not fixing a fight for him. Even though White recently acknowledged McGregor’s comeback wish, as of now there has been no confirmation yet. Jake Paul recently revealed that there’s some brewing conspiracy behind this entire fiasco. As such, he lays out the entire UFC plan with the Irishman.

They’re trying to renew the deal and get the most amount of money. A part of that negotiation is, ‘Hey, we have Conor McGregor for two more fights, but if he were to fight now, that wouldn’t be a part of the negotiation. The company would be like, ‘Oh yeah, well you only have Conor for one fight.’ So that’s why Conor’s not fighting right now.

Per Jake Paul, Dana White and the UFC use Conor McGregor to their advantage. Paul also mentioned that the Irishman’s delayed return might allow UFC to renew its broadcast rights. Regarding McGregor’s return, the Notorious has not fought in the octagon since 2021. His last fight was against Dustin Poirier, which ended in a leg break.

Following that, the Irishman tried to make his comeback to the octagon. However, McGregor’s complications with the USADA and his pinky toe injury have further delayed it. Interestingly, as of now, Michael Chandler is rumored to be his next opponent, as both superstars have clearly shown interest in fighting each other. The UFC CEO recently mentioned that Chandler and McGregor would fight in December.

Following White’s acknowledgment, the Irishman wished to hear the announcement of his fight soon. However, that didn’t happen. To express his disappointment, McGregor even posted a cryptic video of him with an intriguing caption. However, with Paul’s recent revelation, the general public believes UFC deliberately tries to delay McGregor’s return.
