Israel Adesanya recently made some derogatory remarks about Dricus Du Plessis. Adesanya’s escalating hate towards Du Plessis has been buzzing all over the community. Many already consider it the most heated rivalry of Adesanya’s career. Meanwhile, DDP has finally replied to the Nigerian-born Kiwi fighter’s recent NSFW post.
The build-up to the UFC 305 event has been a path full of bad blood and confrontations between the fighters. Israel Adesanya and Dricus du Plessis stand at the top of that list of confrontations. Izzy’s recent derogatory post was just another shot he took at the middleweight champion. However, DDP soon replied to Adesanya. The middleweight champion was puzzled about Izzy’s post.

Interestingly, he made several remarks about being the only ‘African champion.’ Interestingly, this statement did not comply with Adesanya, as he fumed with wrath, igniting a rivalry against the new middleweight champ. Per Izzy, Dricus Du Plessis does not have the right to discredit the other African champions.
Even fellow UFC middleweight fighter Abdul Razzak Alhassan shared similar views against DDP. Although the South African sparked much controversy and hate with his remarks, he still reigns as one of the top middleweight fighters. On the other hand, Adesanya’s journey is also something to discuss, as he defeated almost everyone in the division. As such, DDP remains one of the final puzzles.

However, DDP still had to face the once middleweight king Israel Adesanya. Before the South African fighter, Izzy reigned as the undisputed middleweight champ. However, his defeat against Strickland made a pause in his career.
