Since Covington has remained away from the octagon and has used his free time to hang out with influencers.
Colby Covington recently teamed up with controversial kick steamer Vitaly and rapper Lil Pump to confront a child predator. The video has since gone viral, and the UFC superstar punched the guilty individual as punishment. A new video of Covington has surfaced, where he was wrestled with Lil Pump. In the video, Lil Pump held the fighter in a guillotine choke and tried his best to submit Covington.
In the comments, many users roasted Covington for getting dominated by a rapper. Some even called the former title contender ‘washed.’ Wrestling is the biggest strength of the ‘Chaos,’ which he used against fighters such as Jorge Masvidal and Tyron Woodley to win. The American fighter is an NCAA All-American and BJJ black belt. As such, it wasn’t clear how Lil Pump was dominating him.
In his last fight, Covington fought Leon Edwards and lost the fight via unanimous decision. He blamed a foot injury which allegedly affected his performance against the former champion. Since then, the American fighter has talked about making a comeback.

In retaliation, Muhammad mentioned that the washed Covington should retire as his prime days are long gone. Nonetheless, Covington is still interested in the welterweight belt and is excited to campaign for it for the fourth time.
