Despite his departure from the UFC, Francis Ngannou remains one of the biggest names in combat sports. The former UFC heavyweight champion is a fan favorite and has used his following to his benefit. As it turns out, Ngannou is eager to expand his horizons as he lands another role in Hollywood.
Francis Ngannou was recently seen in the new Zack Snyder movie Rebel Moon, which is streaming on Netflix. In the movie, the heavyweight fighter played the role of a gladiator. Due to his huge size and intimidating aura, Ngannou fit right into the role, and fans loved it.
It wasn’t the first time Francis Ngannou had tried acting. In the past, Ngannou was also seen playing a bad guy role in the popular franchise Fast and Furious Part 9. In that movie, the ex-UFC fighter played a modern armed man; this time, he had a historic warrior role. Fortunately, Francis Ngannou was accepted by fans for his role in Zack Snyder’s movie.
On the other hand, Ngannou has not forgotten his fighting and recently announced his next bout with PFL giant Renan Ferreira. Other than that, the ‘Predator’ also has plans to utilize his position in PFL to elevate MMA culture in Africa. Nonetheless, Ngannou isn’t the only UFC star to get acting jobs in Hollywood.

He appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

McGregor played the antagonist opposite superstar Jake Gynellahal and was loved for his wicked role.
