Khabib Nurmagomedov does not seem to like fellow UFC legend Rampage Jackson. Meanwhile, Jackson is aware of it because the Dagestani blocked him on Instagram years ago. In a recent podcast appearance, Jackson revealed what he did to get blocked from the undefeated former UFC champion.
Rampage Jackson recently sat down for a conversation with social media personality Matan Even. During their discussion, Evan asked Jackson about his top pick for UFC fighters and if Khabib Nurmagomedov was even on that list. That was when Jackson revealed why the Dagestani blocked him on Instagram.
I think I probably pronounced his name wrong coz I’m bad with pronouncing names…I think I pronounced him Khabib N***erunoff.

Jackson revealed that Khabib had blocked him on Instagram years before they even met. As for any potential collaborations, the former UFC champion does not see the Dagestani doing any business with him anytime soon. It is difficult to tell when Rampage Jackson is joking and when he is not.
He had initially said maybe it was his off-putting personality that got the Dagestani to block him before switching to the ‘wrong name’ story. Moreover, he went on to reveal his pick of the best MMA fighters of all time. Even in that, Jackson did not pick the undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Evens asked why not Georges St. Pierre, Jon Jones, or Khabib Nurmagomedov. Jackson replied saying that ‘Might Mouse’ beats all of them in pound-for-pound. But after Johnson, Jackson would place Jon Jones, BJ Penn, and GSP. However, he would not place any above the other because all if them are pretty equal in his eyes.
