A GoFundMe effort from the Trump campaign to assist victims and families raised more than $4.3 million initially. Build from over 56,000 donations, UFC bossman Dana White has also been part of that compilation.

Donald Trump was in one of his signature Republican rallies when shots rang through the crowd. With some seven or eight attempts, only one scathed through the 77-year-old, hurting his ear. Dana White learned about the matter from UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard on a flight to Italy. The matter happened mere days before his speech at the GOP convention as a Republican advocate at the RNC. The matter has only strengthened his resolve and perception of the maverick who shoots up his fists in resolve and addresses the crowd. As such, many have similarly donated to the cause.

Dana White wasnโ€™t the only one in his effort to pitch in on the matter. A glance at the site (gofundme.com/f/president-trump-seeks-support-for-butler-pa-victims) shows White donated $ 50,000. Meanwhile, UFC management cued in yet another $ 50,000. However, they arenโ€™t the only prominent ones.

Billionaire Ken Griffin was the largest donor with $100,000. Stephen Wynn and recording artist Kid Rock and White each hedged a mammoth $50,000. The Heritage Foundation โ€” which coordinated Project 2025, Trumpโ€™s second-term agenda, also gave $50,000. Nicole Shanahan, the vice presidential candidate on the ticket with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is also on the list.

Andrew Keys, affiliated with Darma Capital, which focuses on digital asset risk management and blockchain, donated $10,000. Like many other MMA enthusiasts, Tesla CEO and X-Owner Elon Musk gave $100,000 ($50,000 twice) from his end. Ben Shapiro and his alleged conservative site โ€˜Daily Wireโ€™ have given $15,000 each.
