The shocking turn of events put the nation in concern. This attracted a lot of attention including from his close friend, Dana White who credited the 78-year-old for his heroics.
Dana White was initially shocked after hearing the news about the assassination. The UFC CEO made an Instagram post while on a plane and showed his discomfort. In a recent interview at the Pat McAfee Show, White hailed Trump’s resilience and detailed his 30-minute call with Trump after the shooting.

Despite bleeding from his right ear, the former President showed no fear and stood in front of the crowd with his hand raised. White highlighted that in his interview expressing his fondness for Trump and his determination. White also refuted the theories regarding Trump potentially planning to visit UFC Denver before the shooting took place.

Dana White and Trump have been friends for over twenty years now and have helped each other on various occasions. White has frequently mentioned the assistance he got from the presidential candidate when the UFC was new and struggling for venues. As a fight fan himself, Trump has always been close to the UFC. After the incident, he is expected to get a massive welcome the next time he comes to the octagon.

Controversial internet personality Andrew Tate shared a series of posts commending Trump and warning others about the potential consultancy theory. His brother, Tristan Tate was also active on social media and urged Dana White to give Trump the iconic BMF title.
After the incident, Trump was attended to in a local hospital in Pennsylvania before flying out to New Jersey for further medical assistance.
