As such, he even issued a challenge to undefeated boxing star Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis. Not only that, O’Malley even mentioned a timeline to beat Tank easily.

Sean O’Malley is gearing up for one of the biggest fights of his career this weekend at UFC 306. Interestingly, amidst that, ‘Suga’ also discusses his upcoming plans in several interviews. In one such recent interview, Stephen A. Smith questioned O’Malley if he could beat Gervonta Davis. The UFC bantamweight gave an intriguing answer, asserting that he can do that.

I believe I can beat Gervonta Davis… I can transfer to boxing very well. Give me six months, give me a legitimate boxing camp. I’m very dangerous with both hands.

Suga also mentioned his ambitions are quite high and that he is chasing greatness. Per O’Malley, to achieve that, he has to take up dangerous matchups like Davis. Not only that, the UFC bantamweight champ also heaped praises on Tank’s capabilities as a boxer.

Interestingly, this is not the first time O’Malley had such a confident stance against the undefeated boxer. Suga has been eyeing for a bout against the top boxers for a long time. Speaking of Tank, he has not paid enough attention to O’Malley’s callouts as he remains focused on what lies before him. Davis’ record as a boxer has undoubtedly been echoed through every individual’s ears in the community.

At just 29 years of age, Tank holds an astounding record of 30-0, with significant victories against top boxers. Interestingly, Ryan Garcia, who has had Davis tank grow as a boxer, once warned O’Malley after hearing about his boxing ambitions.
